Craig Moore pays respect to Bobby Allison in Throwback 276

CARS Tour Late Model Stock driver Craig Moore will honor the 1983 NASCAR Winston Cup Series champion Bobby Allison during the inaugural CARS Tour Throwback 276 on August 5 at the Hickory Motor Speedway.

Moore will pilot the No. 22 Graphix Solution Chevrolet that will be reflective of Allison’s Superbird from the 1969 and 1970 seasons. During that period Allison scored eight Cup victories and six poles.

Moore has been impressive since joining the CARS Tour on semi-regular basis. The Rougemont, North Carolina driver has scored two top-5s and three top-10 in just eight starts with the tour with his best finishes coming at his home track of Orange County Speedway.

Graphix Solution, the primary sponsor for Moore, will provide, design, and wrap be the No. 22.

The inaugural CARS Tour Throwback 276 presented by the Hickory Soup Kitchen will take place on August 5th and will feature twin races for Super Lates and Late Model Stock Cars.
